Hubris Communications Opens Liberal Location

Hubris Communications recently expanded its dial-up Internet access service to include the Liberal area. After three and a half years of providing a similar service in Garden City and two years of providing service in Dodge City, Chris Owen of Hubris Communications saw the need for high quality internet access in Liberal. The new service will allow Liberal based businesses and individuals to have local dialup access to the Internet.
