When you purchase Dedicated Network Connectivity from us, we treat that connectivity as an extension of our own Network. All Dedicated Sales Agents and Network Engineers carry pagers and cell phones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are required to return calls promptly. They are 100% accountable for the services that they sell and provision. We encourage our customers to contact them if they are having questions or issues with their service. Due to the granularity of our monitoring system, in most situations, we find issues and begin corrective action prior to our customers noticing there is an issue.
