Your Login-ID:
Filter Password:	optional * This password should be different than your dial-up or email password. It will allow you to temporarily disable the filter for times when it may get in the way of legitimate use of the internet or when an adult is using the service. The service is automatically re-enabled after a specified period of time. Passwords should be from 5-10 characters long. * This password is optional and does not have to be set if you don't want overrides to be possible under any circumstances.
Email Address:	Every time the filtering service is disabled using the special filtering override password, a notice is sent to an e-mail address so that you know it has been disabled. Please enter the e-mail address where you would like a notice to go. This address will get an email each time that the filtering service is disabled, telling you the date and time that it was disabled.
